Low-wage countries or exploitation in the 21st century (Southeast Asia)

Clothes make the man and the other way round.  

Look into your wardrobe. You can see where your clothes were made on that little piece of paper inside of them. Mostly you'll find countries around China in Southeast Asia like Bangladesh, Vietnam, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, India and China itself. 

In these parts of the earth, humans produce clothing below unacceptable conditions. The employees produce it for well-known brands. The conditions of employment are doubtful, the workers earn only a little money (between 20 and 40 Euros per month), they are not allowed to found labor unions and work overtime. These families haven't got enough money to survive and because of this, their children have to work too.

In the companies often rules violence. 


The workers in Bangladesh go on strike, they get around 20 Euros per month and they do 12-hours-shift work. The worst conditions of employment are in Bangladesh.

Dans ces pays là, les êtres humains produisent des vêtements dans des conditions inacceptables.
Les employés produisent ainsi pour les marques connues. Les conditions de l'emploi sont douteuses, les travailleurs ne gagnent que peu d'argent (entre 20 et 40 euros par mois), ils ne sont pas autorisés à trouver des syndicats, et à avoir des heures supplémentaires de travail.Ces familles n'ont pas assez d'argent pour survivre et de ce fait, leurs enfants doivent aussi travailler.
